Puerto Vallarta ATV tours are a fast and furious way to see the jungles of the Sierra Madre mountains. You can ride alone, share or even get a private tour if you’d like. From short excursions to full day expeditions, there is a full selection of ATV tours. Splash through rivers, explore remote Mexican villages, drive on virgin beaches, navigate mountain trails and more.

Upon arrival, your guide will provide a quick briefing on Tomcar’s performance and safety features, and provide key pointers about these easy-to-drive vehicles.

As the tour begins, drivers are guided out of town via low traffic residential streets to get a feel for their Tomcars. In a quick 10-15 minutes the convoy will arrive at the trailhead located at the base of the Sierra Madre Mountain Range – a real mountain jungle.

Drivers and riders will both enjoy an off-road experience with plenty of varied terrain, exciting climbs, daring descents and passes over small creeks and rivers. The road winds up the mountain range giving you breathtaking views of the entire city of Puerto Vallarta and the surrounding jungle.

About halfway through the tour you will have time to relax and enjoy lunch, explore the river or kick back in a shady hammock. After a nice break, the adventure continues with even more challenging jungle treks, river crossings and new places to discover. If you’d like – now is also the perfect time to switch drivers so everyone gets a chance to sit behind the wheel!!
