For homeowners, Telmex and Cosmo Red both offer internet service which can be affordably bundled with home phone service and cable packages.  Most foreigners living in Puerto Vallarta or Riviera Nayarit use Skype, Vonage or MagicJack as a free or very inexpensive way to stay in touch with loved ones or businesses in their home countries.

And cyber cafes are easily found in almost every neighborhood of Banderas Bay where you can enjoy a beverage and a snack while checking your email or making on-line calls.  Most use Spanish keyboards which are almost identical to English keyboards but have some small differences with the locations of some symbols or punctuation.  Ask the staff for any assistance you many need.
