Aticama is a tiny village comprised of miles of sandy beach, good for swimming or just relaxing. You can stay at the local bed and breakfast and, if you rise early enough, you may find yourself watching a farmer milking his cow across the road. Walk from one end of Aticama to the other, on the beach. You’ll be just in time for dinner, and will be treated to a spectacular sunset. If you happen to need gas, just drive up to the local store and purchase a can of it; Aticama does not have a gas station. It’s that peaceful.
