The TV in the living room is a 50" plasma. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large, double-door refrigerator, 6 burner gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, blender and fully stocked with dishes, glassware and utensils.

All bedrooms have a private bath with walk-in shower. Two bedrooms have a king-size bed, and the third bedroom has two double beds. There are black-out window coverings for all three bedrooms, ensuring privacy and a good night's sleep. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. The utility room is off the kitchen and has a washer/dryer and is quite large for extra storage.

The condo is Wi-Fi friendly, and a Magic Jack phone is available for use with your computer in calling the US and Canada.

The elevator services only two condos on our floor.
