Casa Canela is located in a quiet ecological area 30 minutes from Puerto Vallarta on the north side of Banderas Bay, 10 minutes from the Four Seasons famous Punta Mita golf course and 15 minutes away from two other courses, in a private gated community known as el Farallon.
You can explore the great marine life in the tidal pools directly in front of the house, at the base of the cliff. You will find the locals making the catch of the day. For the more curious snorkeling is also available in front of the house. The beach to the left of Casa Canela is Destiladeras, with beautiful white sand and great surf. From January to April, humpback whales play less than a half a mile from your doorstep. There is reasonably priced year-round deep sea fishing at Punta Mita.
