There is a second large bathroom off the hallway with a pelican theme, including etched glass and painted ceiling and walls.

This floor has a very large outdoor terrace with a palapa, under which is a massive glass-topped dining table that comfortably seats ten, and a second stainless steel gas BBQ grill.

Below this level has a 40-foot solar-heated pool with swim jets for exercising. A spa with waterfall sitting over one edge.The waterfall can be turned on allowing for a beautiful cascading effect.
